To enter the competition you must pay the registration fee of 200 Euro and complete the application form.

    - name and surname
    - country and city of origin
    - date of birth
    - e-mail and telephone contact
    - short artistic biography (up to 900 characters)
    - photo of the participant

  • Confirmation of qualifying for the festival will be sent to the participant's e-mail address after the entry fee has been processed.

Your personal data will be processed by the Warsaw Wind Music Association, 31 Nowogrodzka Street, 00-511 Warsaw, for the purpose of participating in the Warsaw Wind Ensemble Conducting Competition 2019, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).
